To make a long story short, rejection feels awful. Now what leads me to make this newspost is a longer story, and you don't have to read that. But this sucks.
I am finishing up college, and I have to work two jobs to pay for everything. I am eating Ramen noodles for breakfast and dinner (I often don't eat lunch.) I can't afford much, and obviously, due to my two jobs, I have time constraints. I spend all of my free time (which I get very, very, little of) writing my music and then making it. And I was offered a part in a collaboration for Newgrounds' twentieth anniversary which is coming up soon.
I was very excited to be able to participate, and I carved out about three hours of my day, which was not easy at all, and I spent it writing a song for this collab. And of course the collab organizer didn't let me take the genre I wanted, and gave me my least favorite of them all.
I was happy to be done, and ready to finally get to participate in an NG collab, but the organizer told me that I didn't meet the criteria. I was crushed. I am really upset about this.
Also, due to my time constraints (and insomnia on top of that), I only get about three hours of sleep a night. [To the user that rejected me, any guesses where I carved my three hours out of? >:( ]
I apologize for having a negative attitude right now, NG, but I think I have now made it clear why...

I am so sorry!! That person should not have changed their mind once invited you to be a part of a project. I hope you heal from this soon...

Thanks. It really sucks, but I'll get over it.
